    Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48hrs Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Please allow extra time during busy seasonal periods such as Christmas and Easter. 

    We'll keep you updated on the progress of your order via email and a tracking link for the package will be available on your order status page. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Calculated at checkout. We normally use UPS fully tracked delivery. Please be aware that we supply goods on a DDU basis, which means the recipient will need to pay their local VAT and any other import charges prior to their parcel being delivered.

    SENDING GIFTS

    Send gifts to friends and family by using their address for delivery. We can place a gift message in with the order if you like! Just add it to the notes box at checkout. All orders receive delivery confirmation tracking, so you know when it has been delivered.
