Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs only £2.95 if you spend at least £25 with us. Orders below this will be charged £4.95.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 costs £3.95 if you spend at least £25 or £5.95 if below this threshold.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 & 24 services for delivery within the UK.

Standard Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days to be delivered from the date your order was placed.

EXPRESS Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days to be delivered from the date it was placed.

CHRISTMAS & EASTER: Please allow longer for your order to be delivered during busy seasonal periods as we are processing a lot more orders than usual and sometimes delays are unavoidable with our couriers due to the volume of parcels they're having to deliver.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking reference which you can use on the courier's website (normally Royal Mail) to monitor the progress of your parcel.

Please check the delivery tracking reference provided to you by email. This will normally tell you if there's a delay or problem delivering the package.

If it's the last 2 - 3 weeks before Christmas or Easter, please allow extra time for delivery as there's a huge volume of parcels in the network and delays are sometimes unavoidable.
