History: Niederegger was founded by the pastry chef Johann Georg Niederegger in 1806. He was responsible for the company’s rise to fame and the worldwide reputation still enjoyed by Niederegger marzipan to this day.

In the 200 years since its opening, Café Niederegger, situated in the heart of Lübeck, has become the secret landmark of this Hanseatic town.

Ingredients: Sugar, ALMONDS (19%), cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole OAT flour (gluten-free), HAZELNUTS (5.3%), caramel sugar, sunflower oil, sugar syrup, natural flavours, potato starch, ALCOHOL, chickpea flour, emulsifiers: (SOYA and sunflower lecithins), corn flour, vanilla extract, coconut oil, glazing agent: gum arabic; glucose syrup, table salt, maltodextrin.
(Cocoa: 50% minimum). Allergens: Contains TREE NUTS, SOYA AND GLUTEN-FREE OATS. Not used as ingredients but traces may be present:  MILK and OTHER NUTS.
