    Chocoviar Arancia — Rich 75% dark chocolate shell covered in 75% 'Chocoviar' nibs and filled with a luscious Blood orange of Sicily fondant. 

    "Chocoviar embodies the expertise, ingenuity and creativity of Venchi with a unique and sophisticated blend of textures, delightful fillings, crunchiness and taste, all topped with our chocolate microspheres. In this version, the soft filling with Blood orange of Sicily gives an intense, citrusy sweetness that creates an irresistible contrast with the 75% extra dark chocolate of the shell, covered with Chocoviar 75% Grains. A chocolate with a winning combination, which in two bites transports you to the refreshing aromas and colours of a walk along the coast in the most beautiful Italian landscapes."

    Dark Gianduja Pearl — Crunchy whole roasted Piedmont Hazelnut heart with one half double Gianduia and one half rich hazelnut dark chocolate. The perfect celebration of Gianduia in all its forms: crunchy and creamy.

    "A crunchy heart of whole roasted Piedmont Hazelnuts wrapped in dark chocolate and Gianduia paste with an extra dark half-shell. A treat for people who love hazelnuts, a chocolate that celebrates locally sourced Piedmont Hazelnuts in all their glory: whole and in a creamy Gianduia version."

    Nougatine — Historic recipe from 1905 with caramelised Piedmont Hazelnut crumbs and 60% dark chocolate shell.

    "The recipe has not changed since 1905: a heart of short-chain PGI Piedmont hazelnut, chopped and bound with caramelized sugar, covered in 60% pure dark chocolate. The Nougatine wrapping was an idea of Silviano Venchi, inspired by the travel and adventure stories of the writer Emilio Salgari. Salgari himself loved tasting it in the literary salons of Turin, as he recounted mysterious adventures. Each Nougatine represents a sweet story: the journey that brought together the exotic cocoa and the crunchy PGI Piedmont hazelnuts."

    Cremino Extra Dark — Two layers of dark Gianduia with Piedmont Hazelnuts
    paired with a layer of dark chocolate with almond paste.

    "The famous three-layered Piedmontese chocolate, just over 2.5 centimetres wide and 1.5 centimetres high. Small, but incredible, each square is a microcosm of flavours. Discover it in the perfect version to pair with coffee or spirits: three extra-dark layers - a layer of Gianduia with almond paste between two of Gianduia with hazelnuts. The alternation of two different percentages of cocoa, 56% and 75%, gives a soft consistency and a balanced final aftertaste, where the intensity of the dark chocolate and the sweetness of the Gianduia come together, completing each other."
