Zotter suggests four different ways to prepare your tasty beverage:

Standard:
Heat 200-300ml of plant-based milk per bar of drinking chocolate. Combine the chocolate and the milk, mix well using a food processor or a hand mixer and your chocolate smoothie will be ready in no time!

Extra Creamy:
In a small pan, bring 200ml milk to the boil, add one chocolate bar and combine well with a hand blender. Briefly boil one more time and the chocolate drink is ready!

Infusion:
Heat up 200-300ml of milk. Add a bar of drinking chocolate to the liquid and let it steep for 1-2 minutes, then whisk until the bar is dissolved. Let the drink sit for another 1-2 minutes to allow all the flavours to infuse before giving it another good whisk. Enjoy!

Iced – Drinking Chocolate on Ice:
Prepare your Drinking Chocolate as above, let it cool down in the fridge and serve it with ice cubes or crushed ice!
