A festive red wine ganache made from vegan soy chocolate with a 40% cocoa content, a bit of dark chocolate, red wine from Schönberger vineyard as well as some cloves and a seductive almond marzipan layer. Enveloped in dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content. Completely vegan!
