You’d be forgiven for not realising London Apron’s Plant Based Vanilla Meringues are made with 100% natural, vegan ingredients. Unrefined sugar and aquafaba create the light and airy meringue consistency, while vanilla extract adds a luxuriously indulgent flavour. (Honestly, it’s pretty much magic.)

Make a delightful ‘Vegan Eton Mess’ by serving with fresh strawberries and coconut cream. To make coconut cream, refrigerate a can of coconut milk overnight then scoop out the cream. Beat with three tablespoons of sugar until soft peaks form.
